About this event
Product Managers are used to a variety of challenges in their day-to-day work. - How to define the MVP? - Which new features/improvements should I prioritize? - How/when to say “No”? - And the list goes on.
Although these challenges are always present, new ones arise when dealing with fast or hyper-growth companies.
This talk will highlight some of them, such as high-level dependencies on cross-team initiatives, teams focus shifting, long term vision VS roadmap and how to drive your Product in such a challenging but exciting environment.
Meet the Speaker: Valter Fernandes
Valter is a Product Manager at Talkdesk. He started his career as a software developer but, via several Product implementations in different business areas, he naturally followed a path towards Product Management. By reading the market needs and gaps directly on the field he started translating them into product requirements, leading to product evolution and, ultimately, customer demand. In the last few years, supported by this technical background, Valter has focused on managing platform products, from E-Commerce to Cloud services, on fast-growing companies.
