Education is proven to be one of the most powerful vehicles for developing sustainable growth and fighting gender inequility. It provides access to a future where gender, color and wealth disparities can stop becoming a hindrance for young professionals. The Algorithm is Female is a movement to knock down borders and give voice to all women in tech.

//✨About the webinar✨//

In this webinar, we bring to you the life-changing story of Neha Khachhibhoya, a Nepalese woman who joined the movement from Nepal and made her way to Barcelona to become a Web Developer with Ironhack and Spotahome.

”The gender gap in technology is not only the problem faced by a specific country, it is a global issue. There are not many role models to look up to for women. After all, women who are successful in the tech space are the ones who inspire other women to join. In my engineering class, we were 9 girls out of 48 students which is a progress considering the school’s previous history but still, there is a huge gender gap. Hence, I am fortunate enough to pursue my career in the field of technology where being a girl was not much of a hindrance.” claims Neha.
